Hunar Se Udaan
Impact360 empowers underserved communities through entrepreneurship and skill development initiatives that create sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our incubation and acceleration model supports Urban Self-Help Group (SHG) members in building successful micro-enterprises through enterprise training, mentoring, asset support, financial linkages, and business development services. Complementing this, the ‘Hunar Se Udaan’ initiative, supported by Goodyear India Ltd., equips young women from urban poor communities with industry-relevant skills, certification, and placement support through our Kaushal Vikas Kendra, enabling them to secure meaningful employment and achieve long-term economic independence.
