At Impact360 Foundation (i360), we drive meaningful change through four focus areas — Livelihood Development, Inclusive Quality Education, Skill & Entrepreneurship, and Climate-Smart Enterprises. Each pillar aims to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and promote sustainable growth.

Our 4 C's

Co-creation

The solutions are co-created with the people and communities who are served. They are involved in every stage of the projects, from design to implementation to evaluation. Their needs, preferences, feedback, and suggestions are listened to and respected. They are empowered to take ownership and leadership of their own development.

Communication

The work and impact are communicated effectively and transparently to the clients, partners, donors, and the public. Various channels and platforms are used to showcase the stories, achievements, challenges, and learnings. Dialogue and engagement are invited with the audiences and stakeholders.

Collaboration

Collaboration with all stakeholders and partners having the shared vision is centra; to our approach. Their expertise, resources, networks, and influence are leveraged to amplify the impact and reach. A culture of mutual respect, trust, and learning is fostered among the collaborators.

Continuous improvement

Continuous improvement is strived for in the work and in oneself. The projects and interventions are monitored and evaluated regularly and rigorously. Data and evidence are used to inform the decisions and actions. Change and innovation are embraced as opportunities to grow and excel.
