Assistant Manager (Skill Development of Youth & Placement Assistance)
Location: Full-time, On-site | Faridabad (Delhi–NCR)
The Assistant Manager will lead the implementation of the Skill Development Project 2.0, focusing on empowering youth through training, guidance, and placement support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage youth skill development programs.
- Conduct community outreach and mobilization activities.
- Coordinate with domain trainers, training partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide placement assistance and maintain employer partnerships.
- Oversee case management and offer individual support to beneficiaries.
- Monitor project progress, documentation, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide field teams for smooth on-ground operations.
- Ensure achievement of training, certification, and placement targets.
- Contribute to planning, problem-solving, and evaluation of the project.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and team management capability.
- Background in Social Work with experience in community engagement or development projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of case management and beneficiary support processes.
- Understanding of mental health and youth well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively in challenging field environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in skill development or youth placement initiatives is an added advantage.
