Domain Specific Trainer/ Faculty
Location: Full-time, On-site | Faridabad (Delhi–NCR)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality domain-specific training sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Facilitate hands-on learning to build job-ready skills.
- Track trainee performance, attendance, and progress.
- Mentor youth, build confidence, and improve employability.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth batch operations.
- Support placement activities by preparing trainees for interviews and workplace readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of domain-specific training experience.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior work experience with youth skilling, vocational training, or livelihood programs preferred.
- Relevant certification or professional background in the specific domain.
