Skill Development for Young Girls

Starting December 2024, this initiative equips young women from Faridabad’s urban poor communities with in-demand skills and guaranteed placement support. Through targeted training and industry partnerships, the program aims to create long-term career pathways and lasting empowerment.
Skill Development

Our skill development approach aims to close the skill gap by providing equitable access to training, especially for women and disadvantaged youth. The gap is bridged through pre-employment domain skill development in emerging industries leading to career prospects and decent wage incomes for the target youth group, supported by our placement services, which have built a network of companies- as knowledge partners and employment partners from BFSI, IT, Hospitality, Tourism, FMCG, Retail and textiles sectors etc.
