‘Hunar se Udaan’ is a transformative skill development initiative designed to empower young women aged 18–30 years from urban poor communities in NCR. Supported by Goodyear India Ltd. and implemented by Impact360, monitored by KPMG, the program delivers structured, demand-driven skill training aligned with current industry needs, along with strong placement-assistance support. It entails an end-to-program of participant mobilization, domain-specific training in high-growth sectors, industry linkages, and post-placement career guidance to ensure sustainable livelihoods and long-term career progression. At the heart of this initiative is Impact360’s ‘Kaushal Vikas Kendra’, a model training centre that equips youth with market-relevant, job-oriented skills to enhance their employability and economic independence. The program offers specialized courses in IT enabled Services, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Industrial Sewing, Logistics and Warehousing, and Digital Marketing, complemented by essential modules of soft skills and workplace readiness. Upon successful completion of training and assessment, candidates receive certification from apex skill councils of NSDC, enabling them to access better employment opportunities and build a secure future.
