Arijit is having three decades of experience of working in the development sector and of this past two decades has been in the areas of large-scale program management, institutional strengthening, governance, monitoring & evaluation, feasibility studies, policy development, strategic visioning, organization restructuring in the livelihoods and social sectors.

Extensively worked with various donor agencies like Department for International Development (DFID), Ford Foundation, Swiss Agency for Development & Cooperation (SDC), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Rabo Bank Foundation, Co-Impact /NVF, World Bank, UN agencies, Government departments and Regulators across the country, including the experience of working in all LIS (low income states) of India and also abroad.

By qualification, he has done Master’s in Agriculture and also a Scholar from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and INSEAD, France in Social Enterprise.
