With a track record of conducting over 100 audits aligned with international standards across diverse industries, Pinki has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricate social compliance aspects within supply chains. Her expertise extends beyond third-party responsible audits, involving the application of IFC PS & World Bank guidelines in infrastructure projects for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Diverse standards such as ETI Base Code, SMETA Best Practice Guidelines, IFC PS Standard, Ethical Tea Partnership Standard, Trustea Code, AA1000 AS, SA 8000, Labour Laws, and ISO 9001 have further enriched her comprehensive grasp of social compliances.
