He has led HR departments in the telecommunications and steel forging sectors, significantly impacting their growth. Notably, he served as AGM-HRD at Bandhan Financial Services Limited, contributing to its standing as a top NBFC microfinance institution. His contributions extended to significant HR leadership positions at Jagaran Microfinance Limited and Bandhan Bank Limited.

In addition to his corporate experience, Sabyasachi has an academic and consulting background. He served as Professor-In-Charge and Department Head at a respected AICTE-approved management institute, while his consulting engagements in HR & Compliance showcased his expertise. His active involvement in professional associations like the National HRD Network, HR Federation of India, and Calcutta Management Association, along with a directorial role in a prestigious maritime business entity under the Government of India, reflects his extensive influence and commitment to the field.

Sabyasachi’s academic qualifications include an M.A. in English from the University of Calcutta, a Masters in Human Resource Management from IISWBM, Kolkata, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from Visva Bharati University, Shantiniketan.
