Who Are We

Brilliant and innovative ideas emerging from the community to tackle the complex developmental challenges they face need effective execution, with the help of knowledgeable experts and dedicated practitioners, to have a lasting impact. We work with the community to devise and implement innovative solutions. Impact360 transforms the lives of people living on the margins by facilitating access to livelihood opportunities, skill development, climate-resilient agriculture and education, and contributes in collective social impact efforts of like-minded organizations through philanthropic events and platforms.

What we do

We offer technical assistance and innovative solutions to complex development challenges in livelihood creation, youth skill development, climate-resilient sustainable agriculture, education, and impact assessment. While doing so, we collaborate with our funders, partners, and the community to track progress, learn lessons, and course-correct to achieve development goals. Data, technology, community-based solutions, and talented experts in the field help solve humanity’s most pressing challenges.

Our History & Journey

Formation (2020-22): People from development sector and industry backgrounds got together to set up Impact360 Foundation with the aim to bring about changes for the betterment of human conditions, capabilities and social equities with conservational safeguards. Initially it focused on women economic empowerment and youth capacity building and started exploring synergies with key actors in the ecosystem – Govt., PSUs, corporates, academia and community institutions.

Initiation (2022-2025)- It started with entrepreneurship and enterprise development programs with 10,000+ women in West Bengal, Haryana (NCR), Karnataka and Telangana. It added employment-oriented skill development program for the youth women in Haryana. Simultaneously, Impact360 provided knowledge management services like impact evaluation, feasibility studies etc. It also leveraged philanthropic opportunities in a premier sports event to benefit other social impact organizations working for multiple development causes.

Progression (2025 onwards)- Some of its flagship programs like women entrepreneurship, youth skilling and leveraging resources for like-minded organizations through participative sports were appreciated by partners from corporates, technology and training institutes and fellow non-profits leading to replicating and scaling up its various programs

Impact360 Foundation is a not-for-profit that departs from convention to lend newer perspectives and solutions to script life-changing stories. Registered as a Section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Impact360 team comprises of social scientists, researchers, strategists, field experts and a passionate work force of young impact enthusiast.
